Karin Brown is Assistant Principal Violist of the Baltimore Symphony and serves as faculty at the Baltimore School for the Arts. Her students have been accepted to the New World Symphony, the Juilliard School, Oberlin, Eastman, New England Conservatory, University of Michigan, Rice University, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and Peabody.
Dr. Falkner has been an active board member of the American Viola Society. She is on the faculty of the University of Maryland Baltimore County as an Adjunct Professor of Viola and is a member of the viola, violin and chamber music faculty at the Peabody Preparatory.
Nana Vaughn is currently assistant principal violist with Reading Symphony, as well as a violist with the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra. She teaches viola and chamber music at George Mason University and Gettysburg College. Her private students have been accepted into Boston University Tanglewood Institute, Luzerne Music Center, National Youth Orchestra 2, Interlochen, and All Eastern Orchestra, as well as excellent conservatories and colleges.
