Karin Brown is Assistant Principal Violist of the Baltimore Symphony and serves as faculty at the Baltimore School for the Arts. Her students have been accepted to the New World Symphony, the Juilliard School, Oberlin, Eastman, New England Conservatory, University of Michigan, Rice University, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and Peabody.
Dr. Falkner is an active board member of the American Viola Society. She joined the faculty of the George Mason University School of Music as an Adjunct Professor of Viola in 2019 and is a member of the Viola, Violin and chamber music faculty at the Peabody Preparatory.
Nana Vaughn is currently assistant principal violist with Reading Symphony, as well as a violist with the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra. She teaches violin and viola at Elizabethtown College. Her private students have been accepted into National Youth Orchestra, Interlochen, Boston University Tanglewood Institute, and All Eastern Orchestra, as well as Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and University of Maryland College Park School of Music.
